This is a wine from the Mader’s small 10 hectare farm set high in the Hunawihr, where the terroir is mostly clay and limestone. The wine has a fresh and aromatic bouquet with some smoky aromas. It is bottled with 33 grams of residual sugar, making the wine round and semi-sweet with good grip and a touch of minerality.
