Touraine AOC (Sauvignon Blanc)
Philip Derouet, raised on a vineyard in nearby Saumur Champigny, was eager to return to his vinous roots and bought a vineyard. Together with his wife and daughter they farm with a deep respect for the particular terroir on the right bank of the Cher River, ideal for the crisp, elegant Sauvignon Blanc we love. They are in the process of being certified organic.
