The beautiful 38 ha estate is located south west of the town of Bergerac, on the edge of the Dordogne. Pascal Cuisset is one of the most innovative winemakers in the region and is passionate about Sauvignon Blanc, rugby and Bergerac. He believes in using modern technology combined with traditional physical labour and intuitive skills to create this show-stopping wine with crisp acidity and intriguing flavours of pineapple and gooseberry.
